Beginning with one van and a Tech in Atlanta in 1993, Reliant has been committed to self-performing growth. One Tech has grown to a fleet of technicians that blanket nearly all of the Southeast. Even if you don't see Reliant coverage in your area, please talk to us. We may be very close to adding more territory.
Reliant employee technicians are based in major cities throughout the Southeast. Each Tech is responsible for a geographic territory. Techs drive their service vans home so they can respond quickly and efficiently to work orders and emergencies in their areas.
In addition to territories, Reliant believes in teams. Teams encourage a stable and consistent relationship between techs and the stores they serve. They take pride in how they take care of "their stores" and "their managers". Reliant Techs average nearly 5 years of employment with the company.
As career construction professionals (averaging over 20 years of experience individually) Reliant Techs have a lot of history in their respective regions.
